Hi, I’m Frank Schultz, the owner operator of Rimwood Farm. For the last five

years I have been working hard to build a reliable food source in the Lake

Cowichan area for our community. Specializing in vegetables and melons, my

production systems use organic and permaculture practices to provide the

highest quality vegetables in a sustainable manner. All vegetables are handled

with care, following CFSA guidelines in a specialized post-harvest facility.

Quality and consistency are the top production objectives. My goal in years to

come is to transition into a full time farmer, and be in a position to reach out

to the whole community with healthy local food.
